Was really hesitating to order a grow kit for a years or two, finally decided i will try. Order, paying and delivery was really smooth and fast.Rating
When i placed an order and payed, i contacted support cuz i had two questions, since i was doing my research before the kits arrive (and there are multiple guides here, with differend information) and i was really suprised i didnt get answer (i read how good the customer support is, so i was really confident they will help me out).
Another thing is that the kit dosent have box anymore (this is stated on the page). But the problem is the kits were only wraped in paper and when i picked up thr pacage, postman legit threw the package around and today (first day) i noticed one of the kit is cracked on the side.
Wrote to customer support this early morning, still waiting (and hoping) for reply.
Otherwise i really hope i will be able to grow shrooms for first time.

Not a first time grower, but this time, some strange mold appeared after about 20days. Contacted the support team, to get some comments on this, but they decided to send me another kit + covering the shipping cost.Rating
Replacement kit already gave me 16g dry weight.

Knowing the difficulties of the process, I don't complain at all.Rating
But my second experience of growing was slightly disappointing: irregular and weak fruits...
Next will be better, I'm still a fatisfied customer.
I'd recommend easier growing-instructions (for beginners); there are some confusing informations that may be turn to be confusing.
Anyway: good job you are doing!

I received my first GT grow kit and I have little misunderstanding how often I have to moist the bag? I poured water in bag and as the bag has ventilation holes water disappeared very fast and everything looks dry there. Should I be worried? How many days usually take to see 1st pins out?Rating
