My address missed the house number and went back. No refund no replacement. Very brusk and bitchy response as it became clear there was a problem. The answer was essentially: fuck off. Very disappointing. This company just missed a lot of business. [MMS Edit; Hi Lee, unfortunately you did not fill in your house number when placing an order. It is the customers responsibility to fill all details correctly. An order confirmation was sent to your e-mail after placing the order so you could check if all details provided by you, were correct. When your parcel returned to us, we contacted you with several options to have the parcel reshipped. These options are still available. ]
