Great customer service

Ordered golden teacher however two got contaminated. I submitted a ticket and explained what happened and now they are sending me replacements. I opted for B+ to replace the GT as it is a lot easier to grow with a much higher chance of really good flushes.

Mexican XL were the best ordered shrooms.
Really strong, and interesting strain!
Took 12-13 days to start growing. First flush was 28g dry, and now will have 4th flosh growing.

I have receeived these grow boxes in October . They stood in perfect conditions for almost a month without any signs of shrooms or contamination. I’m an experienced grower , so I’ve tried many things to bring these boxes back to life. Eventually I was rewarded for my patience . It’s now January, these boxes recently gave me a 3rd flush. Lots of shrooms ! Love PES Amazonian . From my experience this is one of the best strains ! Highly resistant to contamination, big flushes, strong desirede effect , easy to grow ! Recommend!

Poor batch

I ordered 7 of these XL cakes just before Christmas and upon arrival all were underdeveloped in Mycelium and two had been contaminated and needed to be binned, I had emailed MM of the issues upon arrival and was told to contact them in a further two weeks and due to this been Christmas I was required to wait a little longer and the remaining 5 were cold shocked for the 12 hours required however after a further two weeks the Mycelium was still not 100% developed and from that, I had 2 out of the 5 pinn and produce average mushrooms but the remaining 3 showed very few pinns and what pinns did show were all deformed and underdeveloped, despite contacting MM several times via email with my photos and issues with my recent order and been a regular customer I'm
very disappointed this time round, I've not had any response whatsoever regarding my issues despite sending a ticket and emails, I've not had any problems with MM and previous orders or their customer service until now and would like to think this was simply a poor quality batch that was sent out at a busy time of year.

Poor products and poor customer service is the only reason for this poor review MM usually provide a good service with good products sadly this time round they did not, and I would like the issue resolved before placing another order. Review by stephen (Posted on 1/7/2019)
