If you order, I would recomend you to replace paperclips with clips for clothes, that would be more convenient for every day misting.
Customer service is the best, had issue with cakes but they resolved everything. Like seriously, this is as legit as it gets.

They are giving massive yields if temperature is good
and if you follow procedure. From one kit is possible
to get more then 1kg of fresh fruits which is more then

I received the kits with the Mycelium not fully formed inside kit. I noticed when I first got them (ordered 3xl's not cheap)... I used to receive kits with white all the way round the sides... Looks like these were rushed out the door.Rating
I was hoping it would be ok, normally I see a lot more white all around the tub, but these ones only has patches of white Mycelium.
I am now fruiting but the yield is not good enough, they are coming up in patches here and there.
I have never complained to customer service about not getting a good product from them in all of my 7 years buying from this company...an I have to say the support experience I am having is very unpleasant... Even argumentative.. I was met with scepticism and attempts to shift the blame elsewhere....
I quote "You've mentioned having 7 years of no complaints at all. Some would argue that this is exceptional"
yeah but I have a complaint now !
and also: "Well, we don't produce the kits, we have a supplier for that. "
As if to say not our fault ? I don't care who produced them I purchased them from you right HERE !
"If you don't want to send pictures, we can understand that. But we won't have visual support and proof for the complaints."
So even after seven years they don't believe me think I am making the hole thing up. I am not to keen on taking an sending incriminating pictures, but I guess I may have to, it's not even about the money for me at this point tbh I don't care I'm just upset with the company. I wasn't even going to bother writing this review but to be honest... it is just not good enough.
It's typical when a place get busy the customer service goes out the window...
Telling me they don't make the kits (not our fault like), telling me I should be happy cause I had no complaints until now. What a thing to say to me, a loyal long term customer ?
I am disheartened, I really liked this company you know I don't want to go somewhere else but now I am loosing my respect for my old an previously good kit source. I think someone is taking shortcuts somewhere. Quality is not what it was. I wish they could of just handled situation better bit more diplomacy and understanding, appreciation for my business would of been nice. Obviously they don't care or appreciate my business anymore...
This is what happens when place gets busy customer service goes down unfortunately.

I only completed first flush: One got contaminated. Another started getting contaminated but we scraped the first 2 cm off top layer of substrate. Last one was damaged when we got the mail but it turned out perfect after we ductaped the hole. (Posted on 11/8/2019)Rating - Was better the first time

When I bought individual box the amount and potential was way better. But it could be that the heating season was off at the second time.Rating

Expected to grow 3 different kinds of mushroom, but the Redboy havent gave me the honor of his presence, the "AMA" its incredible and reminds me of a dmt trip a bit big mushrooms abd big cups on my second flush and going good, Golden Teacher its a classic and its on the second flush pumping big cups.Rating
Dissapointed with the REDBOY or "Deadboy".
