Total Rip Off.. Been A Customer for 7 Years from you orderin Tons of kits every Month and never had any Problems at all, but my Last Big Order was the biggest Rip Off ever.. I cannot believe how you guys Changed. Sold me more the 25 Kits which were used before or something without any Yield at all, Looking old and moldy. Quality is ridiculous now.. I cannot believe you sell these Trash Kits now without any bad conscience..Thank you for all the years of Work together but its over for me here.. lost about 1000bucks to Shit this time and my trust is gone now... Back in The day you wouldve never done this but now u got corrupted or something .. Karma is watchin you tho always never forget that.. thanks for the Past years of good work but iam out now for good.. U just lost a bomb Customer..Rating

the mushrooms grew only on the side, not on top, and the yield was also poor. poor quality colonies were obtained. we never buy anymore from here.Rating
[mms edit: sorry to hear that John! Sometimes the toplayer of the substrate is compressed due to the rough shipping. We suggest to put the bricks on there side inside the plastic container in the grow bag. This way the mushrooms can grow from the sides and even from the bottom freely and you can enjoy a high yield. The mushrooms were only willing to grow sideways and with relatively little yield. I will buy elsewhere in the future!Rating
[hi centaurium, sorry to hear that do not have a good experience. Please note that mushrooms love to grow in an easy way. The top layer might be difficult for the mushrooms to penetrate due to compressing during shipping. You can put the brick upright inside the plastic container (and in the grow bag ) so you give the mushrooms more space to grow from the sides and they can grow freely. I have ordered from this site 2 times and both times I was completely satisfied. Both times I had a mouldy box which was kindly replaced. The first time I got three boxes I grew at least 150g dried which is more than satisfying for me. Currently growing another set of boxes and it is looking good so far. Highly recommend! let me tell you my story, i got half colonized kits (same like on the picture, not full white)Rating
3 got black mold right after 3-4 day, i reported to te support...
anothers just not grow after 2-3 weeks....
i have a very long conversation with the support who is seems to be a nice guy at the time....
MY KIT ARRIVES AT: 2019. 08.19 ---> my first message about the problem at 2019.09.02 --->support said "yes its our problem, keep me posted blablabla (why not replace my 3 black mold kit then?)" UNTIL I GOT NO ASWER ---> LAST MESSAGE FROM SUPPORT: 2019. 10. 01. ---> I talk to myself, long time because I thought the support read my messages ---> at 2019. 11. 16 i decided to make a new customer id from a new email addres because i got no answer...
and now, they say "oh this was long time ago we dont replace kits"....
