What is Microdosing?
Microdosing is the regular use of tiny amounts of a psychedelic substance. For example, the substance Psilocybin in mushrooms and magic truffles. Tiny amounts are just above the threshold. As little as 0.3 grams, up to 1 gram for magic truffles.
It’s not the intent to actually trip but you want to take just enough active ingredient to help get your brain to work.
Microdosing is used either regularly, every other day or according to a microdosing schedule.
Every other day microdosing
A common microdosing schedule may look like this:
Day 1: MicroDose day,
Day 2: Effect day; feel (or don't feel) the effects of the microdose taken the day before
Day 3: rest day; no dose taken, effects wear off
Day 4: Microdose day; take your microdose again.
Follow this schedule for one month to 10 weeks to feel the effects. Repeat the same schedule the whole time. Stop if it does not feel right. Lower the dose if you feel strong effects, increase if you feel nothing at all.
The Stamets Stack
Paul Stamets suggests a dosage protocol of five days on, two days off. The two days off prevent you from building up tolerance. He suggests combining psilocybin with and niacine.
- Mushrooms or truffles = 0.1 - 1 gram
- = 5 - 20 grams.
- Niacin = 100 - 200 mg
During this time, continue to do what you normally do, study, go to work, do the household chores etcetera. Keep your daily routine as normal as possible. Make notes and reflect on how and what you feel during the time you are microdosing.

THE EXPERIENCE: The effect that most caught my attention was the slight numbness in the excessive concerns, anxiety and emotional reactive; as if I was diving into silence, lightness and peace. In each dose, I felt a greater ability to observe the situations without personal involvement. The feeling of opening the perceptions to this subtle and cohesive reality. I felt hungry a few hours later and when I ate I felt the flavors like heaven. The substance did not alter my perception of reality, nor the memories and ideas that were under construction. Ideal to ingest on a normal routine (work/studies, etc). Take at least 2 hours after a meal to put it on and chew well before swallowing. No caffeine, no drugs, no alcohol for a greater experience. Immediate effect, but stabilizes perfectly after 1 hour. There is no loss of effect, so it lasts for a long time after ingestion. The quality of the truffles is fine but something went wrong when packing the truffels. The compartments should be sealed airtight but my order there is air between the compartments. This is not good for preservation and the truffles can move from one compartment to another so the right dosage is not guaranteed. I send a mail to inform you but never received an answer.Rating

En dat werkt, zodanig dat het ook mijn fysiotherapeut begon op te vallen. Een significante afname van spierspanning en spasticiteit, en ik kan mijn ledematen beter ontspannen. Ik heb de indruk dat het een behoorlijk zuiver product is. Enig minpunt is de beroerde verpakking in vacuüm getrokken krimpfolie.
