What is Microdosing?
Microdosing is the regular use of tiny amounts of a psychedelic substance. For example, the substance Psilocybin in mushrooms and magic truffles. Tiny amounts are just above the threshold. As little as 0.3 grams, up to 1 gram for magic truffles.
It’s not the intent to actually trip but you want to take just enough active ingredient to help get your brain to work.
Microdosing is used either regularly, every other day or according to a microdosing schedule.
Every other day microdosing
A common microdosing schedule may look like this:
Day 1: MicroDose day,
Day 2: Effect day; feel (or don't feel) the effects of the microdose taken the day before
Day 3: rest day; no dose taken, effects wear off
Day 4: Microdose day; take your microdose again.
Follow this schedule for one month to 10 weeks to feel the effects. Repeat the same schedule the whole time. Stop if it does not feel right. Lower the dose if you feel strong effects, increase if you feel nothing at all.
The Stamets Stack
Paul Stamets suggests a dosage protocol of five days on, two days off. The two days off prevent you from building up tolerance. He suggests combining psilocybin with and niacine.
- Mushrooms or truffles = 0.1 - 1 gram
- = 5 - 20 grams.
- Niacin = 100 - 200 mg
During this time, continue to do what you normally do, study, go to work, do the household chores etcetera. Keep your daily routine as normal as possible. Make notes and reflect on how and what you feel during the time you are microdosing.

Very efficient service and quick response to questions. We tried MM before and the effect was completely different. We took a gram each of this product and it had no effect whatsoever apart from making us feel a little sick. Maybe we need a higher dose but the advice says that 1 gram is enough? Any advice?Rating

For microdosing to work well, we have to know exactly how many mg we are getting from mushrooms. The announcement of this product leads us to understand that it is possible to know exactly how much we are going to take, however, each division (says that it comes) with 1g (I believe that not all are the same amount) and each "piece" has asymmetric sizes and different weights , which makes it very difficult for those who want to take an exact microdosing.
