The delivery was incredibly fast, which was a great start. I followed all the instructions that came with the kit, and after about two weeks, I noticed the first pin starting to grow. However, things seemed to stall with just that one pin, and no further development happened, so I reached out to customer support for advice.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded! The team was super friendly, helpful, and full of advice. They explained that too much water had somehow accumulated and suggested I air out the grow box daily.

I'm now following their instructions and currently waiting for the second flush. So far, it's been a positive experience thanks to their support.
