It's my second time growing a kit at home and this one didn't work:Rating
I followed the instructions and no mycelium appeared on top after initial cold shock. I gave it a second one and mycelium extended on top but first pins were just too lazy. After a 3rd cold shock I got a bunch of lazy tiny shrooms but it got contaminated a few weeks after that.
The costumer service is nice but because of 60-days policy I'm getting nothing back. I wish I could get a discount on another kit if I showed proof of the malfunction of this one (Posted on 4/1/2020) - Great customer service

The first kit I bought a long time ago worked very well. Since then I have had 2 more kits, one of which failed altogether while the other had mushrooms that grew on the sides only so yielded a small number of mushrooms only. I tried to contact the website to complain with no joy. Reading the reviews here it seems that all the more recent ones are from disgruntled buyers. Has anyone had any positive experiences recently? I won’t buy from this site again unless I get some reassurances. ThanksRating

When I got the box it was broken on the side, probably from shiping. when I activated it it was soon contaminated, I recommend bether packaging. Service was great. My first Grow-kit didn't produce anything ( was not contaminated), Contacted the customer serviced and they replaced it for free. Arrived quickly but it's been about a month now since setting up with no signs of actual mushrooms, time to throw the box out probably.Rating
First time trying to grow with absolutely no clue of how to, I only followed written, picture and video instructions on magic-mushrooms-shop.com as there seems to be so many different techniques across the internet and I figured the most appropriate one would be suggested from the source of purchase. Unfortunately, I must have misinterpreted some instructions or just did something wrong, the cake ended up covered with white stuff but never actually produced any mushrooms. Probably should have waited for a less hectic time in life to buy it so could keep more of an eye on it and seek a friend who could help highlight what I did wrong.
Wouldn't try again without a friend in the know-how or crystal clear instructions for the precise product, but that's just me. [MMS Edit: Hi, we at customer support are here to help you.
