In this corona crisis, we are doing everything possible to deliver your order. This page contains the latest information about how the pandemic is affecting the delivery of your order:
No shipping to UPS pick up points
- Most parcel pick up points are closed and some residential areas are closed off.
- Until further notice we only ship orders to a home address.
Is your order shipped with UPS and it cannot be delivered?
Please contact your national UPS by telephone https://www.ups.com/nl/help-center/contact.page? and provide them your alternative delivery address. (keep your UPS tracking number close)

PostNL - International parcel
Deliveries of post and parcels are delayed in the following countries due to coronavirus:
Argentina, Armenia, Algeria, Australia, Bermuda, Bahrain, Belgium, Bhutan, Brunei, Brazil, Belize, Bulgaria, China, Canada, Chili, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, France, Philippines, Guinea Bissau, Georgia, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Japan, Kazakhstan, Cayman Islands, South Korea, Kosovo, Lebanon, Lithuania, Latvia, Morocco, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Austria, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Suriname, Thailand, Tonga, Chad, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Urugay, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland.

Shipments to PostNL locations in Belgium
New measures taken by the Belgium government mean that some PostNL locations in Belgium are closed. As a result, some shipments cannot be delivered.
