How to Sharpen your Intuitive/Psychic Abilities.

.

“Many scientists think that philosophy has no place, so for me it’s a sad time because the role of reflection, contemplation, meditation, self-inquiry, insight, intuition, imagination, creativity, free will, is in a way not given any importance, which is the domain of philosophers.” ~ Deepak Chopra

.

This article explains what what it means to be intuitive or psychic and argues that we are all born Intuitive, we just have just forgotten how or why we need it.   Our sixth sense is always there, we just need to listen.

The author goes on to enumerate 8 tools or habits for us to incorporate into our lives to increase intuition and psychic abilities.  The key to it all is trust. Trust what you hear, have the courage to speak it, no matter how strange it seems at first.

1. The Unconventional Life

2. Empathy

3. Only Now Matters

4. Silence, Solitude and Meditation

5. A Spiritual Practice

6. Soul Wisdom

In an effort to deal with prison overcrowding, as well as liberate some of those people serving unjust sentences for non-violent drug crimes, the Department of Justice announced earlier this week that it plans to spring around 6,000 prisoners from the joint.

They will free people that have been locked away since the 80s and 90s for drug-related crimes such as possession of marijuana for personal use.

There have been to many people that have lost years of their lives because of unjust laws that where born under the failed drug war.

More will come as nearly 46,000 of the near 100,000 drug offenders serving time in the US could be released.

It is time for justice to be made. #decriminalize #legalize

What do you know about the IBOGA plant?

This Podcast features two M.D's who are using non traditional medicine to heal various illnesses, one is the IBOGA plant.

The 1st one is Dr Martin Polanco.  He specializes in helping patients conquer powerful addictions (heroin, cocaine, etc.) by using the African hallucinogen ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT, also referred to as “the God molecule.''

Dr Dan Engle combines functional medicine with integrative psychiatry to enhance regenerative health and peak performance. His prior and relevant experience includes traumatic brain injury (TBI) and working in the Peruvian jungle with plant medicines such as Ayahuasca.

The discussion will also take you to the use of flotation tanks to stimulate or replicate many of the benefits that can result from the use of psychedelic and psychotropic agents.

Personal Story: How Meditation Enabled Me To Operate From The Eye Of The Storm

.

Research is showing that meditative states can shift our brainwaves to frequencies that promote relaxation and ease stress, anxiety, and depression.

This article is about Luke Sumpter's personal experience who started meditating at a crossroads moment of his life.  His day to day behaviour was altering, he was no longer trapped staring back at the past and haunted by internal ramblings of regret and instead, re-aligned himself with his passions.

The eye of the storm analogy touches the subject of the chaos that surrounds us in life.  We are subject to the words, decisions, and actions of others, who also have creative powers over the external world. We are also at the whim of probability and chance, which may work in our favor or leave a trail of devastation and despair.

Inhabiting the eye of the storm allows one to start to observe the storm from a place of balance. This allows us to analyze our own behavior, and to realize that a pinnacle principle of our own mental/emotional well-being is how we react to a situation, not the situation itself.
